NFL wide receiver Antonio Brown posted a video on Friday with No. 1 overall pick Zion Williamson after attending a free-agent workout with the Saints in New Orleans.
Saints head coach Sean Payton said afterward the organization was doing its due diligence with Brown, who has not played since his release from the New England Patriots on Sept. 20.
Brown has not signed with a team since then as the NFL is investigating the 10-year veteran after his former trainer filed a lawsuit claiming he sexually assaulted her on multiple occasions.
The Saints are seeking clarity from the NFL on whether or not Brown would be eligible to participate in the playoffs amid the investigation. Payton said the team does not have that information yet.
After his workout with the Saints, Brown met Williamson and posted it to his story on Instagram.
