Who says you can’t go home is the name of a cheesy mid-2000s Bon Jovi song but it’s also the case for one Brooks Yurachek.
The linebacker, who recently starred at Fayetteville High School and had signed with Wake Forest, announced on Thursday that he was transferring back to Arkansas.

Yurachek, of course, is the son of athletic director Hunter Yurachek. His older brother, Jake, played for the Razorbacks from 2019-21 and is now the assistant director of athletics development at SMU.
At Wake Forest, Yurachek was a preferred walk-on and didn’t see the field in 2023, not recording any statistics.
He will likely contribute on special teams next year and may factor in at linebacker depending on what else they elect to do in the portal.
