Kunitskaya, 31, is engaged to UFC light heavyweight contender Thiago “Marreta” Santos, who commented on the post, as well.

Kunitskaya (14-6 MMA, 4-3 UFC) currently sits at No. 7 in the latest USA TODAY Sports/MMA Junkie women’s bantamweight rankings. The former Invicta FC bantamweight champion fought most recently at July’s UFC 264, suffering a first-round TKO loss to the No. 5-ranked Irene Aldana, who did miss weight for the contest.

Prior to the setback, Kunitskaya had won four of her five previous appearances, including back-to-back wins over Ketlen Vieira and Julija Stoliarenko.

Kunitskaya debuted for the UFC in 2018 in a failed bid for the women’s featherweight title before making the move down to the bantamweight division.
