Xavier McKinney puts dagger into Titans with another interception

Prized free agent addition Xavier McKinney now has an interception in all three games to start his Packers career.

Green Bay Packers safety Xavier McKinney finished off a commanding win over the Tennessee Titans with an interception of Will Levis late in the fourth quarter on Sunday at Nissan Stadium in Nashville.

McKinney, who left the New York Giants to sign a four-year deal with the Packers, has an interception in all three games to start the 2024 season.

On 3rd-and-16, Levis threw deep into double coverage, and McKinney ranged to his right to make the leaping interception with 2:08 left in the fourth quarter.

The takeaway allowed the Packers to hold onto a two-score lead and exit Nashville with a 30-16 win.

The Packers finished the contest with two interceptions, eight sacks and a defensive touchdown against Levis and the Titans.

The Packers have three takeaways in all three games to start the season and currently lead the NFL with nine total. The team’s seven interceptions through three games match the team’s 17-game total from 2023.
