There’s nothing quite like WrestleMania.
Not only is it WWE’s biggest show of each calendar year, it captures the imagination and attention of pro wrestling fans like nothing else. WrestleMania has long been the gold standard when it comes to large stadium shows, and has been held in football stadiums across the U.S. for some time.
It’s also expanded to two nights, which seems to be a development that’s hear to stay as WWE has been able to create four straight days of programming thanks to SmackDown, two nights of WrestleMania and the ever popular Raw After WrestleMania.
Yet some traditions remain. The Royal Rumble winners challenging champions in WrestleMania main events (and lots of pointing at the sign). Music stars brought in to perform live during the show. A chance for legends to return to the fold for one more match. And nearly every time, moments that are etched into the minds of wrestling fans forever.
