Wrexham will take on Premier League titans Chelsea as both sides continue their preseason tours of the United States.
The Red Dragons are on a dream run in recent years, securing successive promotions over the past two seasons.
Last year’s outstanding season saw Wrexham finish second in League Two, and this summer has seen the club sign multiple strong prospects from Premier League under-23 sides.
The club’s preseason has gone well enough thus far, with a 5-1 win over eighth-tier Hanley Town followed by an impressive 1-1 draw with Premier League side Bournemouth.

Chelsea, meanwhile, will be playing its first preseason match before the 2024-25 season. New manager Enzo Maresca’s lineup and tactical choices will be a major focus, with the former Leicester City coach hoping to build on the momentum the Blues had towards the end of what was an otherwise messy 2023-24 campaign.
Still, with some internationals possibly not yet ready for major minutes after Copa América and Euro 2024 duty, observers may be instead focused on the role of new signings Keirnan Dewsbury-Hall and Tosin Adarabioyo.
Here is everything you need to know ahead of the game.
