WrestleMania XL Kickoff: Date, time, streaming info

Everything you need to know to watch WrestleMania XL Kickoff on Friday, April 6.

Before we get to WrestleMania XL, we’ll get to hear from most of the talent participating in the biggest matches at this year’s Showcase of the Immortals. As revealed during the March 29 episode of WWE SmackDown, the WrestleMania Xl Kickoff will come our way on Friday, April 5 — conveniently located outside Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, right before that building hosts SmackDown and the Hall of Fame ceremony.

What can we expect from the Kickoff? Well, it’s going to be hosted by Michael Cole and Pat McAfee, and Triple H will make an appearance as well.

It appears we’ll see Cody Rhodes, Becky Lynch, Rhea Ripley, Jimmy Uso, Jey Uso, Seth Rollins, Drew McIntyre, Sami Zayn and Gunther, since all of those wrestlers were included in the promotional image shown this week. If it’s anything like the Kickoff event held a few months ago in Las Vegas, they’ll all address the crowd, answer some questions from Cole and McAfee, and probably do some last minute posturing before their big WrestleMania bouts.

WrestleMania XL Kickoff is free to attend, so will be perfect for fans heading to SmackDown and Hall of Fame anyway. Others who have tickets to WrestleMania but not SmackDown may want to wander over to the Wells Fargo Center area and check it out as well.

For the rest of us, we’ll be able to watch the event live. Here’s everything you’ll need to know if you’re in that boat.
