The Arizona Cardinals have brought back receiver Andre Baccellia. A day after releasing him for the fourth time this season, he was re-signed to the practice squad, the team announced on Tuesday.
He has been signed from the practice squad to the active roster four times and released four different times, getting re-signed each time to the practice squad.
He has played in five games so far this season. He does not have a reception. He has returned one kick for 22 yards this season.
If rookie Michael Wilson is able to play this week, Baccellia probably will not be promoted again, barring another injury.
To make room for him on the practice squad, the Cardinals released cornerback William Hooper.
