The league has officially announced the order for all seven rounds of this year’s NFL draft after determining the 32 compensatory picks that were awarded to 15 total teams this season.
The Seahawks received three compensatory selections based on a formula of more or better free agents lost versus gained to accrue pick No. 101 (third round), pick No. 144 (fourth round) and pick No. 214 (sixth round).
With the addition of the compensatory selections, Seattle has now has eight total picks heading into April’s draft:
Round 1 – No. 27
Round 2 – No. 59 and No. 64 via Kansas City
Round 3 – No. 101 (compensatory), No.133
Round 4 – No. 144 (compensatory)
Round 5 – No. 162 via Pittsburgh
Round 6 – No. 214 (compensatory)
