[lawrence-newsletter][lawrence-related id=18174,18167]The Badgers had a busy day on the virtual recruiting trail yesterday. Wisconsin and RB Coach John Settle handed out five offers to potential class of 2022 prospects all within a few hours of each other. Here are the five 2022 running backs that Wisconsin dished out offers to.

247sports four-star recruit Omarion Hampton out of North Carolina was a part of the group. For more on the four-star RB, here is our BadgersWire story from yesterday on the 2022 prospect: https://badgerswire.usatoday.com/2020/05/15/wisconsin-extends-offer-to-a-2022-four-star-rb-out-of-north-carolina/

Wisconsin offered RB Damari Alston, a 5-foot-11 speedster out of Atlanta, Georgia (Woodward). Alston currently holds offers from the likes of Arkansas, Boston College, and Cincinnati.

The third RB on our list is Kaytron Allen, a Florida native out of the famed sports school IMG Academy. 247sports ranks Allen as a four-star prospect. The 5-foot-11 back is one of the most coveted prospects that Wisconsin has offered in 2022, and currently holds an offer from Alabama.

Wisconsin also offered speedster Michael Allen, a 247sports four-star prospect out of Greenville, North Carolina (J.H. Rose). Allen is currently listed as a top-five player in his home state and holds offers from in-state North Carolina and South Carolina among others.

Finally, we come to Gi’Bran Payne, another 247sports four-star back out of the state of Ohio. Payne has been receiving serious Big Ten attention and already holds offers from Indiana and Iowa.
