With Wisconsin basketball looking for an addition or two in the transfer portal, another player the Badgers had reached out to is off the board.
Minnesota transfer guard Gabe Kalscheur has chosen Iowa State as his next destination after Wisconsin and a host of other schools reached out to the Golden Gopher. With head coach Richard Pitino out the door in the Twin Cities and a tough 2021 season for Kalscheur, a change of scenery certainly makes sense.
