With winter storms sweeping through the midwest area, Wisconsin basketball decided to cancel their upcoming game against Grambling State. The matchup was originally scheduled for Friday, December 23 at the Kohl Center.
Here is what UW had to say regarding the decision:
“The Wisconsin men’s basketball game against Grambling State, scheduled for Friday, Dec. 23 at the Kohl Center, has been canceled due to weather and will not be rescheduled.
All ticket holders for Friday’s game will be notified via email with next steps once more information is available.
Patrons should retain their tickets and parking permits, as they will be valid for a potentially new game scheduled in place of this cancelation.
Wisconsin will be back in action on December 30 when they take on Western Michigan at the Kohl Center.
