Will Andrew Carr play for Kentucky against Tennessee on Tuesday?

Kentucky forward Andrew Carr is dealing with a back injury and missed the Vanderbilt game.

Injuries are mounting this season for Kentucky basketball. Kerr Kriisa has missed several games already, and Lamont Butler has been banged up, and will miss the game against the Tennessee Volunteers. Forward Andrew Carr has also been dealing with a back injury.

On Monday’s availability report, Butler and Kriisa were both listed as “out”, while Carr was listed as “questionable.” He missed the previous game against Vanderbilt, which the Wildcats lost in his absence.

However, on Tuesday, in the pregame availability report, Kentucky fans got good news. Butler and Kriisa are there, but Carr is off the report, meaning he will be available to play for the Cats.

Carr is averaging 10.9 points and 5.6 rebound per game this season, and has been one of the team’s leaders. He’s a valuable player, and the Wildcats are better with him on the floor, especially with other players out. Against Tennessee, they’ll need all the help they can get.
