The Blue Gold Game will offer Notre Dame football fans their first fix in nearly four months. It will be another four months after that before they get to see their team again. So naturally, they want to see as many players as possible. After all, they want an idea of what to expect in 2024.
Regrettably, not everyone who wears an Irish uniform will be in action at Notre Dame Stadium on Saturday. Most of those players are injured and simply can’t afford to risk further harm to their bodies in a spring game.
