Who will have a better season for the Boston Celtics? Malcolm Brogdon or Payton Pritchard?

Both of the two guards stand to benefit from the reshuffling of the Celtics’ guard rotation, but which of Pritchard and Brogdon will have a bigger year?

After the Boston Celtics traded veteran point guard Marcus Smart, a fair number of minutes opened for the rest of the players in the backcourt rotation.

For Derrick White, the move meant he was elevated to the team’s starting floor general. But what about the NBA’s 2023 Sixth Man of the Year, Malcolm Brogdon? And for that matter, previously disgruntled reserve guard Payton Pritchard?

Both of the two guards stand to benefit from the reshuffling of the Celtics’ guard rotation, but which of Pritchard and Brogdon will have a bigger year for Boston in their 2023-24 campaign?

To talk over this question on a recent episode of the CLNS Media “Dome Theory” podcast, host Bobby Manning linked up with guest Taylor McCloud.

Check out the clip embedded above to hear what the duo had to say about how Brogdon and Pritchard will fare, as well as some talk about the Boston Red Sox and more.
