Who should the San Antonio Spurs select at No. 4 overall in the 2024 NBA draft? The better of the Spurs’ two lottery picks in this summer’s big event might end up being traded away for an established player. Or it could be packaged with another pick or player to move up in the draft if there is an ideal target San Antonio’s front office has in mind.
But if the Spurs do take a player with the pick, it could be either of UConn alumni Donovan Clingan and Stephon Castle, JL Bourg’s Zaccharie Risacher, University of Kentucky’s Reed Sheppard, Perth’s Alexandre Sarr, or maybe even Red Star’s Nikola Topic.
Whoever San Antonio takes, the hope is that it is an ideal fit with rising San Antonio star forward Victor Wembanyama.
