After Cade McNamara went down with a leg injury, it was time for the backup quarterback. Enter in Deacon Hill. The Iowa Hawkeyes turned to Hill early in the game against Michigan State and may be having him at the helm for the future pending McNamara’s injury diagnosis.
Hill came in and did enough to help the Hawkeyes get the win and move to 4-1 on the season. He will now have an entire week of prep to get ready to take on the Purdue Boilermakers. He isn’t the only one prepping, though.
