With the dog days of August behind us but a fair amount of time left in the NBA’s 2023 offseason ahead, it is safe to say the annual dead period the league’s media fills with rankings and assessments has arrived.

And with ranking season in full swing, we take a look at where others see the Boston Celtics or whichever other club you follow and react accordingly. One recent assessment for the season ahead came from the folks behind the “NBA Hoops with TJ” podcast. They ranked the top 25 players and have a pair of fairly predictable Celtics make the cut.
