The 2024 NFL regular-season concluded on Sunday. Following the end of regular-season play, the first 18 picks of the 2025 NFL draft are locked in. The remaining first-round draft order will be determined by playoff results.

USA TODAY released an initial 2025 NFL mock draft after the conclusion of the regular season. Tennessee defensive lineman James Pearce Jr. is projected as the No. 15 selection by Atlanta in the first round.

Pearce Jr. appeared in 13 games for the Vols in 2024, recording 38 tackles, 13 tackles for a loss, 7.5 sacks, one pass deflection, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery.

He totaled 71 tackles, 29.5 tackles for a loss, 19.5 sacks, one interception, one touchdown, three pass deflections, three forced fumbles and one fumble recovery from 2022-24 at Tennessee.

The Titans will pick No. 1 in the NFL draft. Tennessee is projected to select Miami quarterback Cam Ward.

Colorado Heisman Trophy winning cornerback and wide receiver Travis Hunter is projected as the second selection to Cleveland. Colorado quarterback Shedeur Sanders is listed as the No. 3 pick to the Giants.

The 2025 NFL draft will take place April 24-26 at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
