Where Arkansas baseball has finished in Top 25 last 25 years

Look at the early part of the millennium for Arkansas baseball. Maybe don’t take Dave Van Horn for granted, eh?

The Arkansas baseball program has been one of the most consistent across the entire athletic department the last 40 years.

Since the 1970s, when Norm DeBriyn resurrected the program, Arkansas has been to the College World Series in Omaha 11 times.

The most successful times have come during this millennium, when the current head coach, Dave Van Horn, joined the program in 2003. Van Horn has led the Razorbacks to the College World Series eight times while only missing the postseason one year.

Most recently, Arkansas hosted the Fayetteville Regional, falling to TCU, which ultimately made the College World Series.

Because of their success, the Diamond Hogs have maintained their position in the college baseball rankings for the past two decades. Let’s take a journey through time and see the history of the Razorbacks in the polls.
