Where are they now? The Class of 2010 in boys basketball

USA TODAY High School Sports revisits the boys basketball recruiting Class of 2010 and what its members achieved in college and the NBA in the subsequent decade.

Doug McDermott

School: Ames (Iowa)
College: Creighton
NBA team: Indiana Pacers
Noteworthy: A three-star high school player, McDermott is remembered in Ames for his run next to Harrison Barnes as two of the biggest high school stars the city has produced. He ranked in the top-five in school history in points and rebounds, won back-to-back championships and averaged 20.1 points and 7.8 rebounds as a senior. McDermott then became a national star at Creighton, averaging more than 20 points per game for three years and leading the country in scoring as a senior. He was a first-round draft pick of the Chicago Bulls.
