1.) Dirk Koetter (2016 to 2018): 19-29 record
Koetter was the offensive coordinator of the Atlanta Falcons before joining Lovie Smith’s staff in Tampa in 2015. The Bucs went 6-10 that year, which gave the organization the confidence to make the move from Smith to Koetter. The Bucs went 9-7 in Koetter’s first season as the head man, leading many to believe the team had finally turned the corner. But two-straight 5-11 finishes doomed Koetter, and he was fired at the end of the 2018 season. He wasn’t out of work long, though, as he was quickly hired back to the Falcons as their offensive coordinator, working alongside Falcons DC and former Bucs head coach Raheem Morris.
