Surprisingly, Smith lasted just two years in Tampa Bay after his successful run with the Chicago Bears, which included a Super Bowl appearance. Smith’s first season was a forgettable one in Tampa, as the team finished just 2-14, earning the first pick in the 2015 draft, which they used on Jameis Winston. Smith went 6-10 in his second season, but the team decided they wanted a head coach who could help develop Winston further. Smith now serves as the head football coach for the University of Illinois.
