ESPN and FOX will fill their prime-time programming with some of the NFL’s greatest games.

The New Orleans Saints, a team with no home and an uncertain future five years ago, battered Brett Favre and beat the Minnesota Vikings 31-28, setting off celebrations on Bourbon Street that locals never could have imagined in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. (Interesting that the bosses at FOX would run this game against what will be the first round of the NFL Draft).
