Washington quarterback Jayden Daniels had a moment during Sunday’s win over the Chicago Bears that he, his coaches, teammates, and Commanders’ fans will never forget. His Hail Mary to Noah Brown to win the game at the end will go down as one of the greatest finishes in NFL history.
Naturally, Daniels has received a lot of attention since Sunday from social media and across the NFL.
So, how has it been for Daniels since Sunday’s viral finish over the Bears?
“I mean, it was pretty normal for me in my life as far as my standpoint,” Daniels said. “Maybe throughout social media, other stuff that’s kind of different, but just how I went about it the next day and yesterday, it was kind of just in the past. I was onto the new week, so that’s how I took that approach.”
And you wonder why his coaches and teammates love him?
It would be understandable if Daniels were still basking in the glory of Sunday’s win, specifically due to his throw. That’s not him. Daniels’ answer would make Bill Belichick proud.
The legend of Jayden Daniels continues to grow.
