One of the biggest changes to the College Football Playoff format is the first-round games are being held on campus, and Notre Dame football will get that kicked off tonight as they host the Indiana Hoosiers.
A home game in late December isn’t usually what we are accustomed to, and many are wondering what the weather will be like in South Bend. Unfortunately, the conditions won’t be ideal for the passing offenses, as The Weather Channel is showing that it will be around 29 degrees around kickoff and dropping as the night continues on.
There was some snowfall that happened last night as well (check out the snowman inside Notre Dame Stadium), and it looks like that will continue during the afternoon, but most likely will stop before the game is set to begin. They are reporting a 15% change of snow, which clearly isn’t very high.
The wind is blowing North at 13 miles-per-hour, making it feel much colder than the actual temperate, so if you are going to the game, make sure you bundle up and try to stay as warm as possible.
