What to know from Indianapolis Colts vs Bills Final injury report

The Indianapolis Colts released their final injury report of the week ahead of Sunday’s game vs. Buffalo. Here is what you need to know.

Following Friday’s practice to wrap up the week of preparation, the Indianapolis Colts released their final injury report ahead of Sunday’s game versus Buffalo.

Overall, the Colts are fairly healthy, but will be without a key member of the offense. Let’s take a look at what you need to know:

– The only player that has been ruled out is Michael Pittman as he continues to work through a back injury. Typically in past weeks, Pittman hasn’t practiced Wednesday but has returned to practice on Thursday and Friday, so when he was absent for a second day this week, it became more obvious that his availability this week might be in jeopardy. Shane Steichen would say that injured reserve is not on the table. From the start, Pittman and the team have said that they will take things week-to-week when it comes to navigating this lingering injury. For more on the impact of not having Pittman, click here.

– Some good news is that Bernhard Raimann has cleared concussion protocol and will play on Sunday. Getting the run game going against this Bills defense, will be important to the overall success of the offense.

– Zaire Franklin was again a full participant for the second day in a row and will be a full-go on Sunday. He and the rest of the defense have been playing their best football over the last month and will be tasked with having to contain the high-scoring Buffalo offense.

– Braden Smith, DeForest Buckner, and Grover Stewart all had vet rest days and will be good to go for Sunday.

– Dayo Odeyingbo and Matt Goncalves were full participants all week and will be available.
