What to know from Indianapolis Colts’ second Week 10 injury report

Here is everything you need to know about the Indianapolis Colts’ second Week 10 injury report.

The Indianapolis Colts were back on the practice field on Thursday ahead of Sunday’s matchup with the 7-2 Buffalo Bills.

Here is what you need to know from the second injury report of the week:

– After missing practice on Wednesday with an ankle injury, linebacker Zaire Franklin not only returned to practice Thursday, but was a full participant–a good sign for his status on Sunday. The Colts’ defense is playing its best football right now but will be tasked with slowing a high-scoring Bills’ offense.

– Michael Pittman again did not practice as he continues to navigate his back injury. In recent weeks, it’s become the norm for Pittman to not practice Wednesdays but he has returned on Thursdays and Fridays normally. This is something to certainly continue monitoring heading into Friday’s practice. On Wednesday, Pittman spoke with the media about his back injury.

– Bernhard Raimann again practiced in a full capacity. He missed each practice last week and Sunday’s game with Minnesota while in concussion protocol. As of Wednesday, he was still in protocols and will need to be cleared in order to be available on Sunday.

– Dayo Odeyingbo, Braden Smith, and Matt Gonclaves were all full participants for the second day in a row. A good sign for all three players for Sunday.

– I also wanted to point out that Josh Downs has not been on the injury report this week. While he’s played on Sundays, he’s been on the injury report and often missed Wednesdays practice since the Jacksonville game where sustained a toe injury. Obviously a positive sign that he’s feeling well heading into the second half of the season.
