What to know from Colts’ second Week 18 injury report

A look at what you need to know from the Indianapolis Colts’ second Week 18 injury report.

The Indianapolis Colts were on the practice field for the first time this week after holding a walkthrough on Wednesday. Here is what you need to know from their second Week 18 injury report:

– Anthony Richardson was again listed as a non-participant as he works through back spasms. Richardson recently detailed what the past week has been like for him. On Wednesday morning, Shane Steichen said he was hopeful that Richardson could play on Sunday, but as of now, things don’t appear to be trending in that direction.

– For the fifth practice in a row going back to last week, JuJu Brents was a full participant in practice. Even if it’s only one game in a reduced role, any sort of live reps for Brents, who has played just 10 career games would be valuable. If Brents is going to play on Sunday, he will have to activated from IR and added back to the 53-man roster, which will result in a corresponding cut to make room.

– Then for the second day in a row, Josh Downs (ankle), Quenton Nelson (ankle), and Michael Pittman (back) were all full participants once again–a good sign for this week’s game.
