What Titans said about preseason Week 1 loss to Bears

A look at what Titans acting head coach Terrell Williams and several players had to say about their preseason Week 1 loss.

The Tennessee Titans dropped their preseason Week 1 game to the Chicago Bears, 23-17, and afterwards acting head coach Terrell Williams and several players shared their thoughts on the contest.

Among the players to speak was quarterback Malik Willis, who admitted he felt more comfortable in preseason Week 1 than he did during his rookie campaign, which certainly showed.

“I definitely felt better,” Willis said, per Jim Wyatt. “I was just trying to go out there and execute what was called to the best of my ability. … It definitely feels different than last year – last year was my first time seeing all this stuff, and after a whole year … of understanding what we’re trying to do on offense now. It was awesome to get out there and do some real live stuff.”
