What Titans are saying after Week 15 win over Lions

The Titans react to their 10th win of the 2020 season.

The Tennessee Titans earned a big victory over the Detroit Lions in Week 15, 46-25, improving their record to 10-4 on the season in what was the regular-season finale at Nissan Stadium.

Not only did the victory keep the Titans in first place over the Indianapolis Colts in the AFC South after they beat the Houston Texans on Sunday, but Tennessee has also now secured its first double-digit-win season since 2008, finally getting over the 9-7 hump.

While the Titans’ defense came up with some big plays in this one, it was the offense that shined once again.

Ryan Tannehill was sensational, dropping five total touchdowns on the Lions, and Derrick Henry added 147 yards on the ground and his own score, giving Tennessee more than enough room for error. Tennessee’s offense is truly an elite unit.

The biggest news for the Titans’ defense was the return of Adoree’ Jackson, a player this team will need if it wants to make a deep postseason run. Jackson played a fair number of snaps in his return and, most importantly, appears to have emerged healthy from his first game of 2020.

Here’s what Jackson, Tannehill, Henry and other Titans had to say about the Week 15 win over the Lions.
