The Tennessee Titans promptly took care of business in Week 14 against the Jacksonville Jaguars with a dominant 31-10 victory to improve to 9-4 on the season and remain in first place in the AFC South.
And to nobody’s surprise, running back Derrick Henry was the catalyst.
The star rusher ripped off several big gains, including a 36-yard touchdown run near the end of the first half that gave Tennessee a head of steam going into the half.
Henry continued his success in the second half and finished the afternoon with 215 yards and two touchdowns, the fourth such game of his career, which is now an NFL record.
But it wasn’t just Henry who was responsible for this win. Quarterback Ryan Tannehill and the Titans’ passing attack was a perfect complement to Henry, and the defense put the clamps on the Jags’ offense the entire game.
Here’s a look at what head coach Mike Vrabel, Henry, Tannehill and other Titans had to say about the Week 14 win over the Jaguars.
