There’s All-Star basketball action in the air this weekend, which is causing a shuffle to AEW’s TV schedule — one that means AEW Rampage will be on a few hours earlier than usual.
Rampage typically airs at 10 p.m. ET, generally after a movie (which has led to some fun tweets from Tony Khan over the years, as he’s usually fully aware of what film is the lead-in). If you tune in TNT tonight at that time, though, you’ll be treated to the NBA Rising Stars game instead, featuring some of the best rookies and second-year players.
As a results, Rampage will air at 7 p.m. ET, right before the All-Star Friday night festivities get underway. Can’t catch it then? TNT will also air an encore showing of Rampage at approximately 11:30 p.m. ET, after all the hoops is over.
That’s still better than AEW Collision, which got the boot from this weekend’s schedule altogether so TNT can broadcast the All-Star Saturday Night events, including the Starry 3-Point Contest and AT&T Slam Dunk.
Both Rampage and Collision return to their normal times next weekend, so this is just a one-time deal. Enjoy Rampage, or check back here for results after the first airing.
