The North Carolina Tar Heels have lost two of their last three games, falling to Clemson in Chapel Hill on Tuesday. It marked the second straight Tuesday the Tar Heels were upset. Their lead in the Atlantic Coast Conference is down to one game.
From the start, UNC struggled, falling behind 15-2. While North Carolina battled back, it never felt as though it was in control — even when the score was tied at 70.
The loss drops UNC to 18-5 overall and 10-2 in ACC play with another tough road game in Miami looming. I wouldn’t say it’s time to panic, but there is cause for concern after these two losses.
