The North Carolina Tar Heels improved to 8-3 overall after an 81-69 win over Oklahoma in the Jumpman Invitational in Charlotte. From the start, North Carolina dominated the game, grabbing the lead and really never looking back.
Although they had to hold off a late Sooners rally to pull off the win, it was another impressive win for Hubert Davis and his team. And it came against a team that was previously unbeaten going into the game.
North Carolina got it done on both the offensive and defensive side, looking impressive doing so. And this is the type of performance that gives you confidence this team can really be a legit contender down the stretch.
