It is no secret that Boston Celtics President of Basketball Operations Brad Stevens looked to the San Antonio Spurs and their legendary head coach, Gregg Popovich, for inspiration in creating the team that won the 2024 NBA Championship. Team play, sacrifice, and egalitarianism on both ends of the court on a foundation of ball movement provided the foundation.
