Shooting Guard: Michael Finley (1999-2000)
An NBA champion and one of the greatest Badgers of all time has to be in this starting five. A two-time NBA all-star with the Dallas Mavericks in 2000 and 2001, Finley starred late in the 90’s in Dallas and then went on to be a pivotal role player on the San Antonio Spurs championship team in 2007. One of the more underrated shooting guard/small forwards of his generation, Finley was an excellent scorer at all three levels. During his years as a star in Dallas, the former Badger was the go-to option offensively. The backcourt of Harris and Finley is guaranteed to give my team nightly buckets.
