‘We’re on to the next game we’re ready for LSU and we’re ready to prove something’ Obaseki and Leveque speak ahead of Texas A&M vs. LSU

Here’s what Texas A&M Aggies Manny Obaseki and Wildens Leveque had to say during the LSU matchup preview.

Texas A&M (10-7, 1- SEC) will be on the road to face the LSU Tigers (11-6, 3-1 SEC) at Maravich Assembly Center on Saturday at 3:00 PM CST.

After a tough last-second loss to the Arkansas Razorbacks, a big emphasis was placed on the A&M needing to play their brand of basketball. They start that game with a lackadaisical effort, causing them to fall behind by twenty points early. If not for a career night by Wade Taylor IV and a sense of urgency kicking into the game, it would have been an embarrassing blowout.

“…our identity which is playing hard all 40 minutes. I feel like we’ve struggled to that for all 40 through multiple games and it’s shown obviously” – Manny Obaseki
“we believe in our principles and we work really hard so focusing on just working hard and our culture that’s built around you know trust work and what we do we’ll just do just fine” – Wilden Leveque
