12. New Mexico (PV: 9)

When do we need to start discussing Danny Gonzales and the hot seat?

11. Nevada (PV: 12)

Sort of some improvement but there is not a great foundation outside of like two to five players.

10. Hawaii (PV: 10)

There are some minor rumblings of Timmy Chang’s job status but he is good to go.

9. San Diego State (PV: 11)

Maybe it is time for new leadership for this Aztecs football program.

8. San Jose State (PV: 8)

Underachieving but have a chance for a big upset against rival Fresno State, and then a chance to move up.

7. Utah State (PV: 7)

Blake Anderson made a change at quarterback and will stick with Cooper Legas for the rest of the way. Bowl eligibility is very close.

6. Colorado State (PV: 6)

Seriously, the most talented team that is under .500. They argugbaly have the best defender and two pass-catchers in the league.

5. Wyoming (PV: 3)

Slowly drifting away from contender status.

4. Boise State (PV: 5)

They might be figuring things out, or are there still issues?

3. UNLV (PV: 4)

Huge game to really prove itself by hosting UNLV. All the Rebels have done is win this year.

2. Air Force (PV: 1)

Time to find out if last weeks game in losing to Army was a one off or bad things to come.

1.  Fresno State (PV: 2, 11 first-place votes)

Back in the drivers seat with a chance to get to the title game.
