Most of the games in the Pac-12 in Week 1 are not that hard to predict, at least on paper.
Washington is a heavy favorite against Boise State at home. Oregon, USC, and Arizona are playing cupcakes. Colorado is a massive underdog at TCU. UCLA is supposed to beat Coastal Carolina.
If there is real intrigue and uncertainty surrounding Pac-12 football games on the first full weekend of the new season, look to the Bay Area schools (the ones which just joined the ACC).
Stanford at Hawaii and California at North Texas represent two of the more interesting games on the Pac-12 football slate for Week 1 in 2023.
