Clemson star running back Will Shipley is one of the best running backs in college football and one of the best players in the ACC.
In 2022, Shipley was the top performer on the Tigers’ offense, rushing for an impressive 1,182 yards on 210 carries. There were only three players in the FBS who reached more rushing yards than Shipley on fewer carries.
Shipley added 38 receptions for 242 yards while also being one of the top return men in the country. The wild thing is, Shipley season could have been far better if used properly throughout the season. With the addition of 2022 Broyles Award winner Garrett Riley as the Tigers’ offensive coordinator, expectations for 2023 are sky-high for Shipley.
