While Steph Curry has stolen the show with his scorching 30-point plus efforts during the Golden State Warriors’ recent run, Draymond Green has quietly paired together back-to-back impressive performances.
The former Defensive Player of the Year has recorded double-figures in scoring in Golden State’s previous two contests, resulting in wins in both games.
On Wednesday against the Oklahoma City Thunder, Green registered his third triple-double of the season with 12 points on 5-of-10 shooting from the field with 16 assists, 10 rebounds, three steals and two blocks in 30 minutes.
In the second leg of Golden State’s road back-to-back on Thursday, Green kept his pace with a highlight reel dunk against the Cleveland Cavaliers. Coming off a pick-and-roll, Green soared past Cleveland’s Larry Nance Jr. for an emphatic one-handed slam dunk.
