Over the last week, several members of the Golden State Warriors have been spotted at offseason workouts. Following videos of Marquese Chriss and Andrew Wiggins putting in work at the gym were posted on social media, Draymond Green was next in line.
On Saturday, a clip was shared of the former Defensive Player of the Year going through an intense offseason workout. Skills and Development trainer Jamal Boykin posted a video on Instagram of Green handling the ball up the court while being held back by resistance bands.
As Green drove the ball up the court with a bevy of crossovers, Boykin was tightly guarding the Golden State forward at the Yula High School gym in Los Angeles.

His fierce training session with Boykin wasn’t the first time Green was spotted working out over the offseason. In early October, the three-time All-Star was on the court to work on his range from beyond the arc.
While he dealt with injuries and load management throughout Golden State’s 2019-20 season, Green averaged 8 points on 38.9% shooting from the field with 6.2 rebounds, 6.2 assists, 1.4 steals and 1.1 blocks per contest. The Michigan State product only suited up for 43 of the Warriors’ 65 games.
For the Warriors to make a run back to the top of the Western Conference, Steve Kerr will need Green to return to Chase Center with a version of his All-Star caliber play.
