What an absolute game-changing play to close the first half for the Vikings against the Chargers in Los Angeles.
With 23 seconds left in the half, the Chargers were in position to kick a field goal at the Vikings’ 26 yard line. Chargers quarterback Philip Rivers took the snap, was strip sacked by Danielle Hunter and after the ball bounces around a few times, Vikings defensive lineman Ifeadi Odenigbo returned it 56 yards for a touchdown to give Minnesota a 19-10 lead, instead of what should have been a 13-12 lead for Los Angeles.
It was Rivers’ second turnover of the half.
