It wasn’t pretty for Trey Lance, but he did manage to find Deebo Samuel for a couple touchdowns. The second one went for 8 yards and put the 49ers back in Sunday’s game with just over a minute left.
Getting on the same page as Samuel will be key for Lance in his development, but he has plenty of other stuff to work on as a passer.
A run by Lance on the two-point conversion made it a 28-21 Seahawks lead.
