Tennessee Titans wide receiver A.J. Brown took the league by storm in 2019 and produced some of the most memorable plays of the team’s season.
On Twitter, the NFL released a video montage of Brown’s 10 best plays of his rookie campaign, so Titans fans can revel in the special talent that Brown is once again.

It didn’t take long for Brown to show just how exceptional of a player he is and what he could do with his size, strength, and underrated speed.
In fact, the Ole Miss product exploded during the Week 1 win over the Cleveland Browns with three catches for 100 yards, including two grabs of 40-plus yards that foreshadowed his explosive skill set.
Once quarterback Ryan Tannehill took over the starting job in Week 7, Brown really took off. With Marcus Mariota as the starter during the first six games, Brown averaged 45.5 yards per game, but in the final 10 contests with Tannehill he averaged 77.8.
From Week 12 through the end of the regular season, Brown broke the 100-yard mark in four of those six games and totaled six touchdowns (one rushing).
According to Pro Football Focus, from the time Tannehill took over in Week 7, only two receivers in the NFL — Julio Jones and Michael Thomas — earned a higher grade. Arthur Juan also finished second in the league in yards per reception with 20.2.
When you also add in the fact that Brown led all rookies in receiving yards and touchdowns, and that his impact was a huge factor in the Titans making the playoffs, it’s a travesty that he finished third in Offensive Rookie of the Year voting.
While the award certainly would have been nice, the more important thing is that Brown looks like a superstar talent the likes of which the Titans haven’t had at receiver in a long time, if ever.
