With the Tennessee Titans desperately needing a spark after a horrific start on offense in Week 2 against the Los Angeles Chargers, wide receiver Treylon Burks provided it.
With the Titans having single-digit yards early in the second quarter and trailing 11-0, quarterback Ryan Tannehill dropped back off a play-action pass and found Burks deep down the field.
Burks beat his man in coverage and hauled it in for a much-needed 70-yard reception but was unable to complete the touchdown, setting Tennessee up at the five-yard line.
Thankfully, running back Derrick Henry was able to complete the drive two plays later by going over the pile to put Tennessee on the scoreboard.

The touchdown was the team’s first of the 2023 season and the 1,000th in Titans history. It’s only fitting that one of the best players in franchise history, Derrick Henry, was the one who scored it.
