Are you tired of fawning over the sheer size, strength and overall ability of Tennessee Titans running back, Derrick Henry? Good, neither are we.
Henry, who is fresh off a historic 2,000-yard season and a second consecutive rushing title, has long been hard at work preparing for the 2021 season.
The last time we checked in on Henry, he was creating a new trend by doing push-ups using a “Chaos Band” while balancing on a ball and having a big metal chain around his neck.
This time around, we got to see Henry squatting an obscene amount of wait, and we have a feeling quarterback Ryan Tannehill won’t try to match this particular workout like he did the push-ups.
Check it out.

Whether it’s working out, throwing grown men multiple yards or putting up video-game-type numbers, Henry never ceases to amaze us.
After watching this, we’re even less inclined to bet against Henry going over 2,000 yards once again and/or winning a third-straight rushing title in 2021, something that has only been done three times in NFL history.
