Texas A&M (11-2) extends its winning streak to six after beating Abilene Christian (8-6) at Reed Arena Saturday afternoon.
The Aggies veteran team is starting to flex their muscles, beating the Wildcats by a large margin on Gary Blair’s court at Reed Arena. They were led by All-SEC guard Wade Taylor IV, whose 15 points moved him into the No. 2 spot in A&M history with 1779 points passing Vernon Smith.
Texas A&M delivered one of its strongest performances this season, hitting .585 from the field and .400 from beyond the arc. Additionally, A&M ranks among the top 10 in rebounds and leads all college basketball with an impressive 17.2 offensive rebounds per game. Coach Buzz Williams expresses pride in his team’s focus as they prepare for the second half of the season.

Texas A&M will start conference play against the Texas Longhorns at Reed Arena on Jan. 4 at 7:00 p.m. CST. The game can be watched on the SEC Network.
