WATCH: The best of Jabari Parker in the 2020-21 season

Check out the top highlights from Jabari Parker during the 2020-21 season with the Boston Celtics.

The Boston Celtics came into the season with an inexperienced bench unit that surely needed some help. At the trade deadline, Boston acquired Evan Fournier from Orlando to be the team’s sixth-man and provide a reliable scoring punch off the bench going into the playoffs.

But, that’s not the only acquisition the Celtics made to help bolster their bench — enter Jabari Parker.

The former No. 2 pick in the 2014 NBA draft signed with the Celtics following being waived by the Sacramento Kings, who he only appeared in three games for. Through seven NBA seasons, Parker has averaged 14.5 points and 5.6 rebounds per game, though has struggled to find his footing since joining Sacramento in 2019.

In 10 regular season games in a Celtic uniform, Parker averaged 6.4 points and 3.6 rebounds in 13.8 minutes per game, including a season-high 18 points and 7 rebounds in the regular season finale against the New York Knicks.

Parker appeared in four of the five playoff games in the first round against the Brooklyn Nets, averaging 8.5 points and 3.8 rebounds.

It’s too soon to say if the Celtics are interested in bringing the former Duke Blue Devil back for next season but in the right role in the right system, Parker can still give you a few buckets every night.

Watch the video above to check out Parker’s best moments in his short stint as a Celtic this season.
